Can I cancel my rental?

Yes. You may cancel up to 24 hours before delivery for a 50% refund of the rental fee.

What happens if I damage the equipment?

You are financially responsible for any loss or damage caused by misuse, neglect, theft, or failure to follow proper operating instructions. Repair or replacement costs will be charged to you.

Does the equipment need to be cleaned before return?

Yes. Equipment must be cleaned after use. A cleaning fee will apply if returned dirty.

Can I take the equipment outside of Colorado?

No. Equipment must remain within Colorado and at the location listed on your rental agreement, unless you have written permission from us.
